Rustam Minnikhanov visits Moscow Polytechnic University

On February 17, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Moscow Polytechnic University, where he looked around the Engineering Development Centre and the design and production laboratories of sports cars, mechanical processing and composite materials.

Representatives of the university administration informed Minnikhanov about the scientific and technical activities of the Industrial design centre.

Tatarstan President also had a meeting with rector of the university Vladimir Miklushevsky, at which they discussed issues of cooperation in the scientific and educational spheres.

To date, over 100 people from Tatarstan are studying at the university.

Moscow Polytechnic University closely cooperates with Tatarstan in a number of areas, namely with large industrial enterprises such as KAMAZ Automaker, Kazan Helicopter Plant, as well as the University of Innopolis. The university closely cooperates with the Directorate of Sports and Social Projects under the volunteer movement.
