Rustam Minnikhanov: The Agricultural Administration is the most important link in the structure of the agro-industrial complex

On February 10, at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Complex, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing in vehicles to employees of agricultural administrations of the regions of the republic. 

The cars were handed in as part of the summing up meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture of Tatarstan. “Today we are summing up the results of the work of the agro-industrial complex of the republic for 2020 and setting tasks for the current year. The Agricultural Administration is the most important link in the structure of the agro-industrial complex. There are more than 5 thousand agricultural enterprises of various forms of ownership and 468 thousand private farms in Tatarstan. This is a huge resource that requires system work,” Tatarstan President stressed.

Minnikhanov thanked farmers of the republic for their great work done last year in difficult epidemiological conditions. “The agro-industrial complex proved its reliability, providing the republic with all types of food products produced in our territory,” he said.

Tatarstan President noted that the work of employees of agricultural departments requires mobility and new cars will contribute to their efficiency.
