Rustam Minnikhanov meets Tatarstan winners of the contest “Leaders of Russia” under the mentoring programme

On January 19, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the winners of Management Contest “Leaders of Russia” from Tatarstan under the mentoring programme, namely Head of the Department of GDC Services (ICL Group) Timur Kaidanny and Managing Director for Сorporate Сlients of VTB Bank Irek Sadykov.

During the meeting, the participants discussed plans for professional development and their initiatives for the development of the republic.

They also shared their impressions of the training taking place under Tatarstan Presidential personnel reserve. All super-finalists of the Leaders of Russia contest from the republic are included in the Tatarstan Presidential personnel reserve, where they undergo specialized training in the development of management skills.

Sadykov introduced his project on the creation of an e-platform for attracting investments in small and medium-sized enterprises in Tatarstan.

Kaidanny informed about the projects implemented in the IT industry and plans on the development of a system of additional professional education at Innopolis University.
