Rustam Minnikhanov meets activists of children's and youth organizations during the regional New Year’s Eve event at the Tatneft Arena

On December 25, at the Tatneft Arena Ice Palace, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met activists of children’s and youth organizations during the regional New Year’s Eve event.

Prize-winners of subject olympiads, winners of the Abilympics National Professional Skills Championship for people with disabilities, as well as the 8th Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia) National Competition, representatives of the Shayan Balalar television programme of the Novy Vek television channel, children who despite their small age have already done heroic deeds - a boy from the Alekseevsky region of the republic saved three younger brothers from the fire, a girl from the Almetyevsky region saved a drowning child - were all invited to take part in the event.

During the meeting, Minnikhanov asked children about their interests, academic success and dreams and plans for the next year. In his turn he shared stories from his childhood and wished everyone health and success.

A tea party was organized for the participants of the event.
