Aleksey Pesoshin meets Ambassador of Yemen to Russia

On December 25, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Ambassador of Yemen to Russia Ahmed Salem Al-Wahishi discussed the prospects for the development of trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation between Tatarstan and Yemen, including that in the sphere of education.

“Yemen is an important partner for us. We are interested in expanding the range and volume of trade with your country», Pesoshin said.

Al-Wahishi arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the 10th International Forum "Islam in the Multicultural World", which is hold at the Kazan Federal University. The ambassador visited Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and got acquainted with the economic potential of the republic, and also visited the Russian Islamic Institute.
