Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates Dinamo-Ak Bars women's volleyball team on winning the Russian Cup final

On December 21, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a telegram, congratulating Dinamo-Ak Bars women's volleyball team on the victory in the Russian Cup final.

He addressed his congratulations to the head coach of the team Rishat Gilyazutdinov, Chairman of the State Council of the republic, President of Tatarstan Volleyball Federation Farid Mukhametshin and Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Office, Chairman of Dinamo sports society Asgat Safarov.
