Rustam Minnikhanov hands in keys to new vehicles to heads of villages and municipalities of the republic

On December 17, in front of the building of State Council of the republic in Kazan, during a ceremony with participation of Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov and Chairman of the Council of Municipalities of the republic Ekzam Gubaidullin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in keys to new vehicles to heads of villages and municipalities of the republic.

Minnikhanov emphasized that today local government employees make a great contribution to the development of the republic. “I would like to say that in our work we always rely on our municipalities and settlements. Our republic occupies a rightful place among the regions of Russia. Here is a huge share of your work. On a daily basis, you solve the pressing issues of citizens and ensure the vital activity of the territories,” Tatarstan President said.

Minnikhanov emphasized that the presented vehicles should help to improve the efficiency of the settlement leaders. He said that in 10 years, municipalities have already received 2.300 new vehicles.
