Sberbank signs a cooperation agreement with the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan

On December 15, in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO, Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank of Russia Heman Gref signed a cooperation agreement between the Government of Tatarstan and Sberbank.

The joint development, operation and replication of digital platform solutions in priority sectors of the economy and social sphere, including healthcare, education, industry, agriculture, construction, housing and utilities, urban safety, transport and energy infrastructure, tourism, financial services and support for export-oriented enterprises will be the key areas of cooperation.

According to Gref, Sberbank and the Government of Tatarstan have long been successfully cooperating in various areas. “The agreement that we have signed today will be the next stage of our interaction. It will make it possible to quickly and efficiently introduce new digital technologies and automated systems in Tatarstan aimed at increasing the efficiency of public administration and monitoring the execution of tasks based on Sber's platform solutions,” Gref said.

Today at SberUniversity, deputy heads of state bodies of the republic have started the training course “Digital Transformation (CDTO level)”. Heads of ministries and departments, heads of municipalities of Tatarstan joined in through the YouTube live stream.
