Rustam Minnikhanov and Mintimer Shaymiev lay flowers at the grave of Hero of the Soviet Union Boris Kuznetsov

On December 9, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and State Counselor of the republic, Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation Mintimer Shaymiev laid flowers at the grave of a participant of the World War II, Hero of the Soviet Union Boris Kuznetsov at the Arsk cemetery in Kazan. Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Office Asgat Safarov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, relatives and close friens of Boris Kuznetsov also took part in the ceremony.

On December 9, Russia celebrates the Day of Heroes of the Fatherland.
