Aleksey Pesoshin holds a board meeting of Tatspirtprom Distillery

On October 8, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister, Board Chairman of Tatspirtprom Distillery Aleksey Pesoshin held a regular board meeting of Tatspirtprom Distillery.

Director General of Tatspirtprom Company Ruslan Maksudov, Deputy Director General for Economics and Finance Andrey Feoktistov and Deputy General Director for Technical Issues Farit Shagiakhmetov took part in the meeting.

Making a report on the results of financial activities for the reporting period, Feoktistov said that for six months of 2020, the sales made 4.05 million decaliters, 1.23 million decaliters of which were sold in the republic. The company sold two thirds of production volumes through leading retail chains and distributors outside Tatarstan.

Flagship brands continue to show the stable growth of sales. Also, the sales of the cognac beverages went up by 2.5 per cent, and the sales of drinks with alcoholic content above 24 per cent increased by 9.6 per cent. The sales of herbal liquors and liqueurs showed an increase of 5 per cent.

In the first six months of this year, the company sold 5 million decaliters of beer from the Belyi Kreml brewery, which is almost twice as much as in the same period in 2019. The most popular brands are "Belyi Kreml", "Khmelnye Raki", "Zhigulevskoe".

In just six months, the company produced 3.8 million decaliters of alcoholic beverages, 3.6 million of which were vodka drinks. Beer of the "Belyi Kremlin brewery was produced in the amount of 5 million decaliters.
