Rustam Minnikhanov meets Head of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Yevgeny Zinichev

On September 4, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of Emergency Situations of Russia Yevgeny Zinichev, who is on a working visit in Kazan, discussed issues of the current activities of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, ensuring the safety of citizens and the territory.

The main goal of his trip to Kazan is to hold an offsite coordination meeting on the readiness of the control bodies, forces and means of the territorial subsystem of the Single State Emergency Management System of Tatarstan to act as intended, as well as to visit a number of industrial enterprises located in the region.

Minnikhanov handed in the state award of the Republic of Tatarstan - the medal "100 Years of the Formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic" to Zinichev.
