Tatarstan President: Vysokogorsky region has great development potential

On August 13, during his working visit to Vysokogorsky region of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met the staff of the Kazanselmash enterprise.

The Kazanselmash is one of the leading manufacturers of mechanical devices for spreading or spraying fertilizers. The company sells the equipment in the domestic and foreign markets. Today the company employs 140 people. The average salary is 52,300 roubles.

Tatarstan President emphasized that small and medium enterprises, including the Kazanselmash, make a significant contribution to the development of the republic's economy. “You have a very competitive product. The sprayers produced here are 2-3 times cheaper than the imported ones. I would like to wish your enterprise further prosperity,” Minnikhanov said.

At the meeting with agrarians, Minnikhanov discussed the current progress of harvesting, support issues of the agro-industrial complex, the provision of farms with fuels and lubricants and the necessary equipment.
