Rustam Minnikhanov, Igor Komarov and Head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky discuss the development of digitalization in the real estate sector

On July 23, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov and Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) Oleg Skufinsky discussed the development of digitalization in the real estate sector.

Skufinsky said that a few days ago a meeting with the participation of representatives of the Volga Federal District was held in Innopolis, during which the interaction in the field of digitalization of real estate data was considered. Earlier, during his visit to Innopolis, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed to discuss this issue in an integrated manner.

The representatives of the Innopolis University told the meeting about the current projects run by the university. In particular, the guests were presented a geoinformation 4D model of the republic and a new integrated system for remote monitoring of the economic activities of the Volga Federal District. These systems make it possible to monitor the forest fund and forestry activities, agricultural land, waste management, subsoil use and real estate.

It was noted at the meeting that Rosreestr will study the elements of gis-projects of the IT university when digitizing data and when developing a digital real estate valuation system.
