Deputies of the Tatarstan State Council have gathered at first parliament session this year.

Chairman of the RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin opened 37th session of the RT State Council of the 4th convocation.

Tatarstan’s State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, PM Ildar Khalikov, members of the Government, heads of judicial power bodies, chief federal inspector on RT Rustam Idrisov, Tatarstan’s Prosecutor Kafil Amirov, ombudsmen, Chairman of the RT Central election commission Eksam Gubaidullin, responsible employees of staffs of the RT President, RT State Council and RT Cabinet are participating in the session.

Members of the Federation Council and Deputies of the RF State Duma, heads of municipal regions and city districts, Chairman of the RT Public Chamber Anatoly Fomin and representatives of Public youth chamber under the RT State Council are present at the session.

28 issues including 10 bills of the Republic of Tatarstan under development were suggested for consideration. The draft of the RT Code about municipal service, the bill on making alterations in the RT Law “On RT budget for2013 and planned period of 2014 and 2015”, the bill “On approval of additional agreements to agreements on granting budget loans from the federal budget” are to be considered in the first reading. The report about work of the RT Accounts Chamber in 2012 is planned to be presented.
