Rustam Minnikhanov pays a working visit to Kirov region

On June 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Kirov region of Russia.

During the visit, Tatarstan President and Governor of Kirov Region Igor Vasilyev will unveil a memorial to the soldiers of the 311th rifle divisions in the city of Slobodskoy of Kirov region. During the World War II, the 311th Rifle Dvinskaya Red Banner Order of the Suvorov Division was established in the Kirov Region. The personnel of the division was recruited from civilians, including the citizens of Tatarstan. Then, a bilateral meeting between Tatarstan President and the Governor of Kirov region will take place in Kirov. During the meeting, it is planned to sign an agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and socio-cultural cooperation between the regions.

Minnikhanov will also visit the children's space centre and Znak microdistrict.
