Rustam Minnikhanov gets acquainted with the Tuugaya Mountain panoramic park in Gorno-Altaysk city of the Altai Republic

On June 9, during his working visit to the Altai Republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the organization of work on the establishment of public spaces and parks in the republic.

Head of the Altai Republic Oleg Khorokhordin informed about the project "Improvement of the Tuugaya Mountain panoramic park".

In 2018, this project won the All-Russian contest of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small cities.

Under the project, a viewing platform was opened at the top of Tuugaya Mountain in Gorno-Altaysk.

It is expected that this facility will become a place of rest for the citizens, where from a bird's eye view one can see Gorno-Altaysk. Minnikhanov praised the experience of the republic in the development of public spaces.

He emphasized that Tatarstan is also actively engaged in the establishment of public spaces, landscaping of parks and squares.
