18.01.2013
In the first quarter of 2013 all state and municipal institutions must completely pass to electronic document management when interacting with the Pension Fund to make the procedure of processing pension documents easier for their employees. Future pensioners will not have to bring their documents to the department of Pension Fund themselves.
Such a task addressed to state and municipal institutions was set by Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov at a final session of the RT Department of the Russian Pension Fund. He supposes that power bodies should give an example to other insurants and be the first to pass to new forms of work with the Pension Fund.
According to Chief of the RT Department of the Russian Pension Fund Marsel Imamov 10 percent of 50 thousand pensions were processed without employees’ visits to departments of the Pension Fund in 2012.
Marsel Imamov addressed Ildar Khalikov with request to send recommendation letters to enterprises and organisations about presentation of electronic copies of documents for their employees to department of the Russian Pension Fund.
Ildar Khalikov said that other measures for encouraging employers must be worked out.
