Aleksey Pesoshin takes part in a board meeting of the KAMAZ Automobile Plant via videoconference

On May 28, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a regular board meeting chaired by Director General of Rostec State Corporation Sergey Chemezov of KAMAZ Automobile Plant via videoconference.

Regarding the current activities of the KAMAZ, the company’s shareholders were given information of the implementation of the business plan of the KAMAZ Group for the first three months of 2020.

The meeting preliminary approved the 2019 annual report, considered the information on the content of annual accounting (financial) statements of KAMAZ and approved the agenda of the annual general meeting of KAMAZ shareholders to  be held in the form of absentee voting on June 30, 2020.

Due to the lack of net profit based on the results of the activities in 2019, it was decided to recomment the KAMAZ annual general meeting of shareholders not to distribute profits and not to pay dividends on shares for 2019.
