Rustam Minnikhanov elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kazan Federal University

On May 28, at an online meeting of the Supervisory Board of Kazan Federal University, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the university.

Minnikhanov thanked the participants of the meeting for their vote of confidence. “I am sure that our joint work will contribute to the further development of Kazan Federal University, increase its competitiveness among the leading world scientific and educational centres,” Tatarstan President emphasized.

During the meeting, new members of the Supervisory Board were introduced.

The Board meeting considered a number of issues related to the work of the university in the fight against the spread of Covid-19, discussed the plan of financial and economic activities of the university for 2020 and the planning period for 2021 and 2022.
