This work has already started in Tatarstan. It is important to inform the population and business about support measures, to work with every client in strict accordance with the legislation, Minnikhanov emphasized.
Making a keynote report on anti-crisis measures to support the economy, Minister of Economy of the republic Midhat Shagiakhmetov reminded in particular, that the republic is constantly monitoring the implementation of federal projects to support citizens and businesses, implemented by banking organizations.
Among the proposed anti-crisis measures, he called interest-free loans for the payment of wages, a soft loan programme developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, a loan programme for systemic companies, preferential mortgage lending programme at a rate of 6.5 per cent, loan restructuring to SMEs under interbank and state programmes and others.
