The last, 36th session of the RT State Council is being held today.

Alterations in the republican budget, the budget of territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance for the current year and planned period of 2013-2014 will be discussed at the session.

The bill “On provision of accommodation for orphan children and children left without parental custody”, and alterations in the article of the 8th law of the RT Law “On targeted social support of population in the Republic of Tatarstan” was prepared for the second reading.

The following bills will be considered in the third, final reading: “On the order of recall of the RT President”, “On alterations in the article 2.2 of the RT Code about administrative violations”, “On measures on fulfilling the article 16.6 of the Federal Law “On assistance in housing construction development”, “On provision of conditions for execution of citizens’ rights for holding meetings, demonstrations, processions and picketings in the Republic of Tatarstan”.

The bills “On the annulment of the RT Law “On recovery of the Tatar alphabet on the basis of Latin graphics”, “On use of the Tatar language as a state language of the Republic of Tatarstan” will be discussed in the first reading.
