Plenipotentiary of the Russian President in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich presented the “Order of merits before Motherland” of IV Class to Chairman of the RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin during the session of the district Council.

The session is being held at the Kazan City Hall. The Decree about awarding Farid Mukhametshin with the “Order of merits before Motherland” of IV Class was signed by the Russian President Vladimir Putin. The award was given for great contribution to consolidation of the Russian statehood.

“The award was presented for really great work accomplished by Farid Khairullovich in the field of republican legislation, political and public activity. I am especially pleased to present this award in native republic in presence of members of the Council and invited colleagues,” Mikhail Babich said.
