Tatarstan Minister of construction reports on the implementation of capital repair programmes of multi-apartment houses

On April 4, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Irek Faizullin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Farit Khanifov reported on the implementation of the capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and the programmes of Gas supply Foundation of Tatarstan.

Khanifov said that the ministry is developing regional programmes. Projects for the two remaining programmes have already been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic.

A total of 1,064 housing facilities with the total area of 6.5 million square meters are planned to be overhauled in 2020.

Gas supply Foundation plans to implement five programmes in the current year. Today, as many as four programmes have been approved.

Regional Construction Ministry together with branch ministries and departments of the republic has developed a list of construction and overhaul programmes for 2021. To date, the work on calculating the cost of design and survey work under these programmes is being completed.
