Rustam Minnikhanov meets First Deputy Director of Russian Federal Penitentiary Service Anatoly Rudyi

On March 19, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with First Deputy Director of Russian Federal Penitentiary Service Anatoly Rudyi.

During the meeting, Rudyi introduced the newly appointed head of Tatarstan Department of Russian Federal Penitentiary Service Eduard Khialeev, who has previously held the post of the first deputy head of the regional department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, to Minnikhanov.

Tatarstan President congratulated Khialeev on his appointment to a responsible post and wished him success in his work.

The meeting participants also discussed a number of working issues related to the criminal correctional system of Tatarstan.
