Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a meeting of Russian President with Government members

On March 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to Moscow, where he took part in a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with members of Russian Government.

One of the major issues on the agenda was the current situation related to the spread of coronavirus infection.

Putin emphasized that due to operational measures taken in advance at the regional and federal levels, Russia managed to contain the massive penetration and spread of the disease into our country. According to the head of the state, the situation with coronavirus as a whole is currently under control.

Russian President said that the main task now is to increase the volume of production of test systems for the prompt diagnosis of coronavirus.

He also urged to pay special attention to social issues and supported planned business support measures.
