Meeting of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with world boxing champion Roy Jones Jr. and member of the executive committee of the Boxing Federation of Russia Umar Kremlev

On March 11, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Secretary General, member of the executive committee of the Boxing Federation of Russia Umar Kremlev and a boxer, multiple world-boxing champion Roy Jones Jr.

On March 12, at Kazan Pyramid complex, Kazan Kremlin Cup boxing tournament will be held.

The legendary boxer, multiple world champion Roy Jones Jr. will take part in the tournament as a special guest. On the same day, before the fight evening, the legendary athlete will hold a master class for young boxers of Tatarstan. Over 200 people from boxing schools of Kazan and other nearby cities and regions of the republic are expected to take part in the master class.

The meeting participants exchanged views on the development of professional and popular sports and support of children and youth area.
