Rustam Minnikhanov meets the athlete Gökdeniz Karadeniz

On February 26, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met the athlete Gökdeniz Karadeniz.

The parties discussed the issues of interaction in popularization of sports, a healthy lifestyle, support for children's sports and other pressing issues.

During the meeting, Karadeniz left his autograph on a sports shirt with his number 61 and handed it to Minnikhanov. In his turn, Tatarstan President of Tatarstan proposed to hand over the souvenir to residential school № 4 in Kazan.

Karadeniz is a Turkish footballer who played as a midfielder in the Trabzonspor (Turkey) and Rubin (Kazan) clubs.
