Rustam Minnikhanov meets Head of Housing and Utility Reform Foundation Konstantin Tsitsin

On February 19, at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Housing and Utility Reform Foundation Konstantin Tsitsin discussed issues of providing and using financial support for the relocation of citizens from the dilapidated housing funded by the Housing and Utility Reform Foundation state corporation.

Tatarstan and the Foundation signed an agreement on amending the agreement on the provision and use of financial support funded by the state corporation for the relocation of citizens from the dilapidated housing.

Tsitsin handed in a payment order on the transfer of an advance payment for the implementation of the programme (stage 2020-2021) to Minnikhanov.

Tatarstan was the first region to conclude an additional agreement with the Foundation under this programme.
