Tatarstan President and senior managers of Kazan synthetic rubber plant discuss issues of further development of the enterprise

On February 14, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and senior managers of Kazan synthetic rubber plant discussed issues of further development of the enterprise.

Director General of Kazan synthetic rubber plant Aleksey Konturov briefed about the current situation at the enterprise and the results of the work of the plant in 2019.

In 2019, Industrial Technologies Company with the support of Tatarstan Government launched a project on the resumption of activities of Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant on manufacturing synthetic rubbers and products based on them necessary for the state order in the Russian Federation.

Sintez Company and the bankruptcy trustee of Kazan synthetic rubber plant signed a cooperation agreement aimed at the resumption of the production activities of this enterprise, the purchase of the necessary raw materials, energy resources, carrying out repair and restoration work, the organization of the protection of the production complex and payment of salaries to employees.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov and Aide to Tatarstan President Rinat Sabirov took part in the meeting.
