The bill “On budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 and planned period of 2014 and 2015” has been approved at the 35th session of the Tatarstan State Council of the fourth convocation. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated in the session.

Chairman of the State Council Committee for budget, taxes and finance Murad Gadylshin made report regarding the issue on the agenda. He noted efficiency of the parliamentary hearings and zonal meetings with participation of representatives of municipal entities where framework of the main financial document of the Republic of Tatarstan was discussed.

Thus, framework of the republican budget for 2013 is the following: the forecasted budget income – 128 bln 328 mln roubles; expenses – 131 bln 501 mln roubles; deficit – more than 3 bln 175 mln roubles.
