Rustam Minnikhanov hands in the medal of 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Tatar ASSR to the retired Lieutenant General Rafael Kalimulin

On February 12, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the medal “100th anniversary of the foundation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic” to the retired Lieutenant General Rafael Kalimulin.

Kalimulin was awarded for a significant contribution to strengthening the socio-economic potential of Tatarstan, interethnic and interfaith peace and harmony, preservation and development of cultural and spiritual heritage and high achievements in professional and social activities.
