Rustam Minnikhanov attends a farewell ceremony for Russian State Duma Member Ayrat Khayrullin

On February 8, at the Gabdulla Tukay Tatar State Philharmonic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended a farewell ceremony for Member of the Russian State Duma Ayrat Khayrullin, who died as a result of a crash landing of the Bell 407 helicopter near Kazan yesterday.

Minnikhanov expressed his deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin, Member of the Russian State Duma Marat Bariev, First Deputy Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Marat Muratov, Director of the Road Safety State Budgetary Institution Rifkat Minnikhanov and other officials also took part in the ceremony.

Speaker of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, Head of the United Russia faction in the Lower House of Russian Parliament Sergey Neverov and other officials expressed their condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased.
