Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolay Patrushev and Plenipotentiary of the RF President in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich have arrived in Kazan. They were met by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Kazan international airport.

Nikolay Patrushev is going to hold a field meeting of Secretary of the Russian Security Council and Plenipotentiary of the RF President in the Volga Federal District with participation of heads of entities of the Volga Federal District.
