Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia Konstantin Rumyantsev discuss issues to regulate waste disposal

On January 31, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia Konstantin Rumyantsev.

Rumyantsev is responsible for the work of the department  for the state policy and regulation in the field of waste disposal, as well as the department for the state policy in the field of environmental protection.

Minnikhanov and Rumyantsev discussed issues of preserving the environment, creating conditions for separate collection of solid waste, and the participation of regions in environmental projects.

Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the republic Alexander Shadrikov, Acting Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Albert Karimov, Aide to Tatarstan President Renat Sabirov took part in the meeting.
