Director General of the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association Damir Karimullin reports on the results of the company’s activities in 2019 to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov

On January 31, Director General of the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association (KMPO) Damir Karimullin reported on the results of the company’s activities in 2019 to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

The event was held as part of meetings between Minnikhanov and top managers of large industrial companies of the republic.

Minnikhanov emphasized that today large enterprises have a serious challenge to boost industrial production volumes and to increase labor productivity.

For further planning, it is necessary to see what prospects the company has for further growth, Minnikhanov said.

As noted at the meeting, the KMPO produces gas turbine engines, gas pumping units, gas turbine power plants. In particular, according to the results of the company’s activites in December 2019, the volume of sales of industrial products amounted to 106.1 per cent of the planned indicators.

Acting Prime Minister of the republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin, Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Albert Karimov, Aide to Tatarstan President Albert Nafigin took part in the meeting.
