16.12.2019

On December 16, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an extended meeting of Tatarstan Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.

Before the meeting, Minnikhanov looked around the corner of the history of the regional department, reception halls for citizens, offices of employees and an archive room.

Head of the Department Azat Zyabbarov made a keynote report.

He said that Tatarstan Department celebrated the 10th anniversary of the establishment in 2019. A great deal of work has been done on the improvement of the quality and availability of the state services with the support of the leadership of the republic.

The demand for public services provided by Rosreestr is unconditional. Over 10 years, the Department carried out almost 9.5 million accounting and registration activities.

The time for the provision of state services reduced from 30 days to 12 days, 9 days, 5 days and even one working day, depending on the issue and method of application.

All these years, the Tatarstan Rosreestr continues to pay special attention to the development of "contactless technologies." To date, the department provides all state services in e-form. One of the most dynamically developing is the opportunity to submit documents for registration of rights and cadastral registration through the Rosreestr portal.

The introduced e-system helps to regulate the procedure of receiving and issuing documents and controlling the waiting time.

Compared with the previous 2018, the volume of e-services provided by the Department has more than doubled.

Minnikhanov drew attention to the issue of land rehabilitation. This issue should be considered - uncultivated, abandoned lands require special attention.

Tatarstan President asked all responsible departments to pay attention to the issue of control over land plots, including agricultural land.
