Rustam Minnikhanov gets acquainted with the implementation of the energy system development programme in the Maisky greenhouse complex

On December 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of  the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov, Head of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk region of Tatarstan Mikhail Afanasyev and Director General of Maisky greenhouse complex Ilshat Ganiev visited the Maisky greenhouse complex.

Tatarstan President inspected the greenhouse block and the new thermal power station.

The implementation of the programme will cover the demands in the production needs by 88 per cent in electric energy, by 150 per cent in heat energy and 100 per cent in carbon dioxide.

Minnikhanov was informed that since the implementation of the above programme, the energy intensity of production has been reduced by three times from 5.3 to 1.5 tonnes of standard fuel per ton of vegetables.
