Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the opening of SkyOffice of Otkritie Bank in Kazan

On November 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of SkyOffice of Otkritie Bank.

SkyOffice is the main channel of interaction with clients of small and medium business segments, established to increase the efficiency of operational and service support processes, and the quality of remote servicing of legal entities.

“The task of our team in Tatarstan is to significantly expand our client base at the created infrastructure, increasing it by 80 per cent,” President and Board Chairman of Otkritie Bank Mikhail Zadornov outlined his goals.

Minnikhanov wished a new structure successful work. He emphasized that an office of this format is the only one in the whole country, and Kazan was chosen for its location.

According to Minnikhanov, today new formats of work in banking are in demand, especially given the fact that serious work is underway in the country to support small and medium-sized businesses.

He emphasized that 190 new jobs have already been created in the office, and their number will grow.

Minnikhanov also wished Zadornov successful implementation of the projects.
