Rustam Minnikhanov and Mikhail Zadornov sign a cooperation agreement between Tatarstan and Otkritie Bank

On November 28, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President – Board Chairman of Otkrytie Bank Mikhail Zadornov, who  arrived in Tatarstan to attend the opening ceremony of the SkyOffice multitask centre for small and medium-sized businesses, discussed issues of further interaction and development of relations.

At the end of the meeting, Minnikhanov and Zadornov signed a cooperation agreement between Tatarstan and Otkritie Bank.
