Rustam Minnikhanov meets Chairman of the All-Russian Coaching Council of the Russian Figure Skating Federation Elena Tchaikovskaia

On November 12, at their meeting at the Government House of the Republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the All-Russian Coaching Council of the Russian Figure Skating Federation Elena Tchaikovskaia discussed issues of development of sports, support of such area as figure skating, prospects for preparation and holding of competitions.

Minister of Sport of the republic Vladimir Leonov took part in the meeting.
