Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin takes part in XXIII session of Congress of local and municipal authorities of the Council of Europe.

Head of the Tatarstan Parliament will discuss with colleagues realization of main democratic principles in regions of member states of the Council of Europe.

Political benchmarks of the all-European forum for the short-term will also be discussed within the framework of plenary sessions. Today, Farid Mukhametshin is going to hold meetings and consultations with members of the Russian delegation and chiefs of several international structures.
