Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a regular vacation

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a regular vacation from the 28th of October to the 10th of November, 2019.

According to Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, during vacation period Tatarstan President’s duties will be performed by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin.
