Rustam Minnikhanov meets winners of the previous year’s Leaders of Russia contest Rustem Gumerov and Alexandra Lebedeva

On October 25, in the city of Innopolis, during his meeting with the finalists of the Leaders of Russia contest - members of the Elbrus club under “Breakfast with a mentor” project, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met winners of the previous year’s contest, namely Project Director of Sberbank Rustem Gumerov and managing director of the Agent of the Government of the Russian Federation block of the VEB.RF bank Alexandra Lebedeva.

Minnikhanov asked Gumerov and Lebedeva about their plans for further career growth and professional development.

They informed Tatarstan President about the projects they are currently implementing at their new work and shared their impressions of the events during the mentoring process and also discussed the features of organizing a new stage for managers enrollment.

According to the rules of the contest, the winners receive advice from mentors, namely the top management of the authorities and the largest corporations of Russia during the year.

Minnikhanov is a mentor at the Leaders of Russia contest.
