Rustam Minnikhanov: Winner of the Leaders of Russia contest Vladimir Zhavoronkov will hold the post of Deputy Minister of Health of Tatarstan

On October 25, in the city of Innopolis, speaking at a meeting with the finalists and winners of the Leaders of Russia contest - members of the Elbrus club, under “Breakfast with a mentor” project implemented by the club, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the winner of the contest 2018-2019 Vladimir Zhavoronkov will hold the post of Deputy Minister of Health of Tatarstan.

Minnikhanov emphasized the success of Zhavoronkov and also supposed that other appointments might follow from among the winners of the contest.

“We all really need you,” Minnikhanov addressed the participants of the meeting.

Zhavoronkov is the main freelance specialist oncologist of Tatarstan. He has been working for over ten years by his profession. From 2016 to date, Zhavoronkov has been working deputy chief physician for the organizational and methodological work of the Regional Clinical Oncology Centre of Tatarstan Ministry of Health.

Since 2019, he is included in the personnel reserve of the Republic of Tatarstan.
