“In spite of enormous investments in technical modernization of health care industry, citizens continue complaining about quality of rendered services, in particular, the attitude of medical personnel to patients,” the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov stated at a session of the Anti-corruption Council.

“We receive a lot complaints and comments about work of policlinics and hospitals,” Rustam Minnikhanov said commenting on multiple complaints received from citizens regarding the quality of medical services. “We should improve material and technical facilities, and increase responsibility of personnel,” he added.

“Doctors fulfill the state order, it is their work, not just the good will. We take efforts to modernize health care industry, invest much money, people should understand it. We need to feel sincere warmth,” Rustam Minnikhanov summarized.
