Rustam Minnikhanov and Pavel Kolobkov discuss the development of the sports industry in the republic

On October 12, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Sport Pavel Kolobkov discussed the development of sport and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, as well as further improvement of sports infrastructure in the republic.

During his visit to Kazan, Kolobkov will take part in a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the autonomous non-profit organization “Directorate for Sports and Social Projects”. Then, he will visit a number of sports facilities and meet athletes and coaches. Kolobkov will laso visit the Badminton World Junior Championship at the Kazan Gymnastics Centre, and will meet President of the Badminton World Federation Poul-Erik Høyer Larsen.
