On October 8, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met a delegation from the Republic of Crimea led by Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk.
Gotsanyuk headed the Council of Ministers on the 1st of October this year. Tatarstan became the first region of Russia, he visited after his appointment.
The meeting considered the development of inter-regional cooperation in trade, economic and humanitarian spheres, discussed the exchange of experience in terms of state and municipal government, and touched upon a number of other pressing issues.
Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov took part in the meeting.
