Rustam Minnikhanov appoints new head of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan

On September 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree to relieve Azam Khamaev of his post of the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in connection with his election as a people’s deputy of the regional State Council.

Minnikhanov also signed a decree to appoint Fanil Agliullin, who  served as Aide to Tatarstan President, as Head of the Ministry of Land and Property of republic.
