Rustam Minnikhanov meets newly appointed heads of municipal regions of the republic

On September 18, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with newly appointed heads of municipal regions of the republic.

During the meeting, Minnikhanov congratulated the gathered audience on their appointments to major posts and wished them success in their future work.

He emphasized that in new post, the heads will face a number of major tasks on the development of the socio-economic situation in the regions and the implementation of regional and federal programmes.

Tatarstan President urged to pay special attention to the development of agriculture, the improvement of public spaces, the increase in business activity of the population and also to be in close contact with citizens.

Acting Head of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk region Mikhail Afanasyev, Acting Head of the Executive Committee of Laishevo region Ildus Zaripov, Acting Head of the Executive Committee of Tyulyachi region Nazip Khazipov, Head of the Executive Committee of Buinsk region Ranis Kamartdinov and the new head of Spassk region Fargat Mukhametov took part in the meeting.
