Igor Komarov and Rustam Minnikhanov visit the awarding ceremony of Children’s Prize “Main Characters 2019”

On August 30, at the Kazan Circus, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the awarding ceremony of the annual national children’s prize “Main Characters 2019”.

The prize is aimed at identifying the children’s preferences of the Russian television and the best projects for children, and to promote high-quality content of Russian and foreign production introduced on modern television, film and animation industry, Internet resources and mobile applications. Children chose the best media projects themselves.

The festival was held at several venues, in particular, in the Kazan Kremlin and in the Gorky Park of Culture and Leisure. A rich cultural programme with participation of representatives of popular children's programmes was organized for children.
